Once we receive your request, we'll review the details and contact you with the onboarding steps needed to begin your trial.

The trial gives us an opportunity to get familiar with your website, review its maintenance needs and begin providing the care included with your selected plan.

It also gives you a chance to experience how we communicate and manage your site before committing to ongoing monthly service.

Before moving onto ongoing monthly service, we'll confirm the next steps with you. If you're happy to continue, your site can remain on the care plan you selected.

If your trial shows that a different plan would suit the site better, we'll explain why and recommend the appropriate option.

We keep support in writing. It lets us track edit requests properly and respond efficiently without losing important technical details — most emails receive a reply the same business day.

Each plan covers one site, domain or store. If you've got a few, you're welcome to mix tiers — a small brochure site might only need Maintain, while your main store runs on Perform.

The same one-plan-per-site rule applies, but if you're an agency or freelancer managing sites for clients, ask us about partner pricing.

We can discuss bundling multiple care plans together and an arrangement that fits the way you manage your client websites.

Yes. Because multisite networks can vary considerably in size and configuration, we'll review the network first and confirm the appropriate care arrangement before getting started.

Included: content and image swaps, banner or footer changes, plugin setting tweaks, small CSS adjustments, landing pages built from content you supply, and routine coupon or cart updates.

Not included: larger custom development, entirely new plugin or theme functionality, original design work, writing content from scratch, or rebuilding major sections of a website. We're happy to quote those separately.

We do. Stores with more moving parts — payments, memberships, multi-currency, subscriptions and ecommerce integrations — generally need the Perform plan or above because they require more ongoing attention to keep stable, fast and secure.

No — we'll work with whatever host you're already on. That said, some budget shared hosting plans put a hard ceiling on how much we can improve speed or reliability. If that's the case, we'll explain the limitation and recommend practical options.

After you submit your trial request, we'll review your details and contact you for the access required to manage your website securely.

From there, we'll run through our onboarding checklist, review the site's current condition and begin setting up the services included with your selected care plan. More complex sites may require a little additional setup time.
